Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Only one account per business entity unless explicitly authorized
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

Limitation of Liability

Liability Limitations

  • Our liability limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
